No Stock Held by THRVALITY

We do not hold physical stock, dispatch products, or manage fulfilment. All orders are processed and shipped directly by the supplier responsible for the product.

Third‑Party Fulfilment & Responsibility

When you purchase a product through THRVALITY, your contract of sale is with the supplier who fulfils your order.  

This means:

- The supplier is responsible for delivery, fulfilment and product quality.  

- The supplier’s terms, conditions and policies apply to your purchase.  

- THRVALITY cannot accept returned items or issue refunds on behalf of suppliers.
