THRVALITY Returns & Refund Policy

At THRVALITY, we partner with trusted suppliers to provide high‑quality health, wellness and recovery products. As we do not hold stock or dispatch items directly, all orders are fulfilled by our suppliers and partners.


Because of this fulfilment model, returns, refunds and exchanges must be handled directly with the supplier who shipped your product. Each supplier has their own returns policy, procedures and timeframes, which will apply to your order.


Products Purchased via Partner Links

If you purchased a product through a link on our website (including discount‑code purchases), your contract of sale is with the supplier.  

THRVALITY does not process returns or refunds for these items.


Please refer to the supplier’s returns policy on their website and contact their customer service team to arrange a return or refund.


Testing Kits

Testing kits are fulfilled by our laboratory partners.  

For hygiene and regulatory reasons, opened or used test kits cannot be returned.  

If your kit arrives damaged, incomplete or faulty, please contact the supplier directly using the details provided in your order confirmation.

- you need help identifying the correct supplier  

- you cannot locate the supplier’s returns policy  

- you need support communicating with a supplier  


While we cannot process returns ourselves, we are happy to assist in pointing you in the right direction.


Important Notes

- THRVALITY is not responsible for supplier decisions regarding returns or refunds.  

- THRVALITY does not accept returned items at our business address.  

- Refunds are issued solely by the supplier who fulfilled your order.
