At THRVALITY, we partner with trusted suppliers who manufacture, fulfil and ship all products directly to you. As we do not hold stock or dispatch items ourselves, shipping times, methods and costs are determined by the supplier responsible for your order.

How Shipping Works


Third‑Party Fulfilment

All products purchased through THRVALITY — including those accessed via partner links or discount codes — are shipped by the supplier.  

This means:


- Shipping times vary depending on the supplier  

- Orders may arrive in separate packages if you purchase from multiple partners  

- Tracking information is provided by the supplier, not THRVALITY  


Your contract of sale is with the supplier who fulfils your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are set by each supplier and will be displayed at checkout on the supplier’s website.  

THRVALITY does not charge or collect shipping fees.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on:


- the supplier  

- the product type  

- your location  

- courier availability  


Most suppliers provide estimated delivery windows on their product pages or at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is provided directly by the supplier once your order has been dispatched.  

If you have not received tracking details, please contact the supplier’s customer service team using the information in your order confirmation.

Shipping Issues

Because THRVALITY does not handle fulfilment, we are not responsible for:


- shipping delays  

- lost parcels  

- damaged items  

- courier issues  

- incorrect addresses entered at checkout  


These matters must be resolved with the supplier who shipped your order.

Testing Kits

Testing kits are shipped directly by our laboratory partners.  

Delivery times and shipping methods are determined by the lab.  

If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact the supplier listed in your order confirmation.
